Five Days Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Value Addition & Processing of Fruits and Vegetables

The Five Days Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Value Addition & Processing of Fruits and Vegetables (March 9–13, 2026) at Babu Banarasi Das University was successfully conducted with 63 participants from diverse institutions and sectors. The program combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on training in jam, jelly, marmalade, and beverage preparation. Expert sessions enhanced understanding of preservation techniques, food safety (FSSAI), and entrepreneurship. Participants gained practical skills and insights into value-added food processing. The FDP received highly positive feedback and effectively strengthened academic and industry collaboration.
